Gender, Health & Well-Being Workshop
Participated in an interactive workshop exploring the intersection of gender, power dynamics, and social determinants of health. The session focused on challenging harmful gender norms, addressing health inequalities, and promoting inclusive, equitable health interventions through community-based strategies.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse: Understanding the Hidden Link
On 10th September 2025, at Kristu Jayanti University held a session on "Mental Health & Substance Abuse: Understanding the Hidden Link." Attended by 60 students and four faculty members, the program raised awareness on the link between mental health and substance abuse, encouraged help-seeking behavior, and equipped participants with coping tools. It concluded with an Oath Against Drug Abuse, promoting resilience and well-being among youth.

My Waste, My Responsibility
On June 4, 2025, Manasa Centre for Development and Social Action organized a World Environment Day program titled "My Waste, My Responsibility". The session was facilitated by Ms. Jyothi, Founder of FemmeRootz. The event brought together around 50 staff members, including the Director, Advocates, District Coordinators, and Counsellors. The objective of the program was to promote environmental awareness and encourage individual responsibility in sustainable waste management, with a special focus on adopting natural alternatives such as bio enzymes.

Session on Bio-enzyme for Volunteers at Cubbon Park
A hands-on session on bio-enzyme preparation was conducted for volunteers at Cubbon Park, promoting sustainable and eco-friendly waste management practices.

Women's Circle
Initiated a women's circle which meets every last Wednesday of every month — a community built to create support systems for women, fostering connection, empowerment, and mutual encouragement.

Awareness Program on Menstrual Health
An awareness program on menstrual health was conducted at SHVNM College in Malleswaram, with around 500 degree students participating. The session aimed to promote menstrual health awareness, break stigma, and empower young women with knowledge about hygiene and well-being.

Digital Literacy Session
On 17th January 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Indian Social Institute, Benson Town, Bangalore, Ms. Jyothi conducted a Digital Literacy session for 60 women beneficiaries and staff. The session focused on online marketing, safe digital practices, secure smartphone use, digital payments, social media management, and scam awareness, with active participant engagement and experience sharing.

Visit to NIMHANS TeleManasa
On 22nd January 2025, a visit was organized to NIMHANS TeleManasa, strengthening connections with mental health support services and exploring collaborative opportunities for community outreach.

Visit to NIMHANS — Centre for Well-Being
On 13th December 2024, a visit was organized to the NIMHANS Centre for Well-Being, fostering partnerships and gaining insights into holistic mental health approaches and community well-being practices.

Mental Health Santhe Version 2.0
Mental Health Santhe Version 2.0 was held at NIMHANS in October 2024, bringing together mental health professionals, advocates, and community members to promote awareness, share resources, and strengthen support networks for mental well-being.

Talk on Entrepreneurship at Presidency University
A talk on Entrepreneurship was conducted for students of Presidency University on 23rd March 2023, with about 60 students participating. The session inspired students to explore entrepreneurial pathways and develop innovative thinking.

Session on Importance of Women Empowerment
A session on the Importance of Women Empowerment was held on 16th September 2025 with 50 women participating, focusing on building confidence, leadership skills, and creating pathways for personal and professional growth.

Workshop on Contextualizing and Strategizing at KKID
Participated in a workshop held during December 3–5, 2025 at KKID, on "Contextualizing and Strategizing" — a capacity building program for MPOs in India towards establishing a safe environment for vulnerable groups in India against sexual abuse and exploitation.

Session on Substance Abuse Among Youth
A session on Substance Abuse among youth was conducted at St. Vincent Pallouti College on 16th October 2025, with about 75 students participating. The program raised awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and promoted healthy coping mechanisms.
